We thoroughly screen prospective tenants for credit, conduct a national criminal background check, verify income, confiirm rental history references and personally interview each applicant.

Online rent collection and rental deposits, on-line owner statements and end of year tax reports submitted digitally
All rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late and penalized if received after the 5th of the month. Tenants can easily pay their rent digitally, from any device, using our personalized Online Tenant Portal.

Free quarterly property inspections
We conduct a free quarterly property inspections and take pride in responding quickly to and resolving all maintenance requests using our proprietary directory of vetted, licensed vendors.

Move in/Move out inspections with photos
We conduct a move-in inspection with tenants to record the unit’s condition, facilitate a good working relationship and encourage the tenants to take pride in their new home. Upon vacating the property, your property manager will conduct a move-out inspection to detect any damage, arrange for repairs and ensure accurate deposit accounting.
