Darla Montgomery
Owner
Darla Montgomery began her Property Management career shortly after graduating from college, managing apartment buildings on the Eastside. After taking a few years off to raise a family, she obtained her real estate license in 2011 and specialized in managing single family homes for a large property management firm in Redmond. After nearly 4 years, she was selected as Director of Operations for a property management company in Seattle overseeing a team of 16 with a portfolio base of over 1,000 properties. She has also managed her own investment properties since 1992. Today, she is the proud owner of Eastside Properties LLC and is looking forward to many years providing excellent customer service with the highest level of integrity.
